All you need to do is accept the mission then you will be given a special bottle of Moxie Mulch that you need to take to Kat in the Garden.

First go to Garden Gazebo and look for the Spy Briefcase.
Once you find it you will play a very easy game of Word Race.
You get 200 coins!

You need to find a rope, a pulley and a bucket. And have you noticed how Moonpebble is now standing near Quill?
Anyway, the bucket is in Explorers Camp

The moon rocks are in different places for everyone so look everywhere. I suggest you look in the most likely places first such as Presto’s Edge, Tanglevine Jungle, Explorer’s Camp and Garden Gazebo. The purple key is in Garden Gazebo near the Allykatz Vine. Here is a pic of the location!
The next part is to find a cage in Tanglevine Jungle. It is on the other side of the river near Melinda Swingtail.
You get some coins as a reward.
